Important information
Please read this document carefully. It explains the principles and practices that apply when you use Silverline Credit products, services, and digital channels. If you need help understanding a provision, contact our service team before proceeding.
Section 1
Our accessibility commitment
We design and maintain our websites and digital channels with accessibility in mind. Our goal is to support people with visual, auditory, cognitive, speech, and motor disabilities through clear content, consistent navigation, semantic structure, keyboard support, and compatible assistive technology.
Section 2
Standards and ongoing improvement
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, together with applicable accessibility laws and recognized banking practices. Digital accessibility is an ongoing program: we review new features, test representative user journeys, prioritize barriers, and improve content as technology evolves.
Section 3
Features we work to provide
- Keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, and logical focus order.
- Meaningful headings, labels, link text, landmarks, and alternative text.
- Readable typography, sufficient contrast, and content that reflows on small screens.
- Captions, transcripts, and text alternatives where multimedia is provided.
- Clear error messages and instructions for forms and security-sensitive tasks.
- Compatibility with current browsers, screen readers, magnification, and voice input tools.
Section 4
Alternative assistance
If a digital feature is difficult to use, contact our service team for assistance or an alternative way to access the information. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested content or service through an accessible channel and to explain any steps needed to protect your account.
Section 5
Report a barrier
Tell us about an accessibility barrier through the Contact page. Helpful details include the page or task, the device and browser, assistive technology in use, and what you expected to happen. Please do not include passwords, one-time codes, or full account numbers.
We review reports, route them to the appropriate team, and use them to prioritize remediation. If you need immediate account assistance, use an authenticated support channel rather than sending sensitive details through a website form.
Section 6
Third-party content
Some pages may include content or services supplied by third parties. We encourage those providers to meet accessibility expectations, but their experiences may be outside our direct control. Please contact us so we can help identify an alternative or communicate the issue to the provider.
Section 7
Feedback and updates
This statement is reviewed as our services and accessibility practices develop. Your feedback helps us identify barriers that automated testing may miss and improve the experience for everyone.
